The scenic northwest shore of White Birch Lake has long been a place to visit for city and suburban folks seeking to relax and enjoy the unspoiled forests and lakes of northern Wisconsin.

It was here that in 1922 the first buildings of what is now one of the finest resorts in the area, White Birch Village, were built. Purchased in 1981 by Carol and Dick Malmgren, the facilities have undergone extensive changes to afford visitors a most pleasant stay. After over 40 years of personal visits to this resort, Carol is assuring that the memories of those good times continue for others.

Situated among beautiful 75 year-old pines and birch, White Birch Village is located on the northwest shore of White Birch Lake and is surrounded by the Northern Highland State Forest, offering beauty and tranquility. Children and parents alike enjoy the sandy beach and clear water. The log bridge that crosses the bubbling creek that flows through the property, is sure to prompt a picture-taking session.

We pride ourselves in clean, comfortable, well-equipped accommodations--truly a vacation home. so that no one is overlooked, one unit is fully appointed for the handicapped.

Activities abound for the whole family: a challenging redwood playground for the young ones, a full range of boating pleasures, sporting skills to be tested, fishing in a class A musky lake, hiking the nature trail around the lake, or just plan relaxing.

Do stop in to see us if you are in the area. We are on Highway K, 6 miles NW of Star Lake. We welcome all visitors and invite you to spend some wonderful times with us. It is our earnest desire that each and every white Birch vacationer have the same fond memories that we have had for 43 years.
