Mamie lake is a border lake with Michigan about ten miles west of Land O'Lakes. The article is a list of birds sited in two surveys (1917 and 1918) by the US Biological Survey, the Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey, and the University of Wisconsin. Jackson notes that they stayed, both years, at Bent's Camp on Mamie Lake.
