The fourth dance of the year at Co. 650, Star Lake, Wis., was dedicated to the ha'nts of Hallowe'en, A huge crowd was on hand to dance to the swell music produced by the "imported" band. Over the heads of the dancers multi-colored balloons swung gaily, and ghosts, hobgoblins and Jack O'Lantern faces peeped from various angles. Even a black kitten was in evidence. Trucks were sent to furnish transportation for the beauteous damsels of the wild North Woods. Wayne J. Morse reporting.
