Two notes:
Dr. M. and Tom Harvison, of Star Lake, came down Sunday to witness the game of ball between Rhinelander and Minocqua.
The Star Lake base ball club came down to Woodruff last Thursday for a game with that team. The game was called on account of rain in the seventh inning with Woodruff in the lead by a score of 29 to 17. This was the first game of the season for the Star Lake boys and they were somewhat lame owing to the lack of practice.
