Camp Manito-wish, YMCA Camp in Boulder Junction
Camp Manito-wish is a very successful summer camp for youth located near Boulder Junction. Writing a history is likely beyond the scope of this website. However, in the course of the research a number of references to "Camp Manito-wish" or, more commonly, "the YMCA Camp" have been found. They are/will be preserved in the Miscellany section at the tab above.

Foster Memories
"As a young man, my father, Frank Foster, loved to play cards and one time he won a resort in Boulder in a poker game. He soon gave it back though and it later became the YMCA Camp," Frances [Foster Herrick] remembered. From "Looking Back: Sonny and Frances Remember,"
